A small, controlled review with clear limits.
These plain-language terms describe the current validation pilot. A selected seller confirms the final scope, handling method and delivery date before any financial file is transferred.
Last updated: August 31, 2026Pilot scope
The initial validation pilot covers one seller, one courier and one closed historical settlement cycle. PayoutView confirms the selected files, expected fields, review boundary and exact delivery date before requesting data. Additional couriers or cycles require a separately agreed scope.
Required fields
The review may require tracking ID, courier, parcel status, relevant dates, COD amount, expected fee, settlement amount, deductions and settlement references. The seller should provide a closed cycle and explain any known fee or payout-timing rules needed to interpret it.
Fields that must be removed
Do not send customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, CNIC details, passwords, payment-card data, online-banking credentials or full bank-account details. If prohibited fields are found, PayoutView may pause the review and ask for a cleaned replacement.
What a finding means
A PayoutView finding is based on the files, mappings and rules available for the selected cycle. Labels such as ‘possible overdue’ or ‘no settlement match found’ identify records for review. They do not prove that money reached or did not reach a bank account, and they do not guarantee recovery.
Review, disagreement and correction
If the seller disputes a finding, PayoutView pauses it and checks the relevant source rows, mapping and applied rule again. The disputed result is excluded from public insights and case studies until resolved. If the finding changes, PayoutView records the correction and notifies the seller.
Courier follow-up
PayoutView may prepare a source-linked follow-up draft, but will not send a message or file to a courier without the seller’s approval. PayoutView cannot force a courier to respond and does not represent itself as the courier, a bank or a payment company.
Retention and AI use
Raw pilot files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the final report, unless the seller requests earlier deletion or separately agrees to keep an open case active. Raw files are not used as shared AI knowledge. Any non-identifiable learning requires a separate optional choice described in the privacy notice.
Outcomes and public proof
A result is marked recovered only after seller confirmation. Outcome confirmation does not give PayoutView permission to publish a testimonial or case study; public use requires separate, specific consent. A seller may decline marketing permission without affecting the pilot review.
Service limits
The pilot provides decision support based on seller-provided data. Final verification with the courier and, where relevant, bank evidence remains the seller’s responsibility. No recovery amount, response time, future software access or paid pricing is promised by the free pilot.
Stopping or changing the pilot
Either side may pause or stop the pilot if the data is unsuitable, the scope changes materially or safe handling is not possible. Any material change to these terms is confirmed before it applies to newly transferred files. Questions can be sent to hello@payoutview.com.
Terms first. Financial files only after scope confirmation.
The public application does not accept financial or customer files.
