ROMAN URDU MEIN SAMJHEIN

Courier ne kin parcels ka paisa settlement mein dikhaya, aur kin ka hisaab missing hai?

PayoutView aapki shipment aur courier settlement files ko compare karke reported, abhi due, overdue, short-paid aur fee-mismatch orders alag karega. Phir follow-up ke liye source-linked evidence tayar hoga.

THE MISSING FINANCIAL LAYER

Couriers tell you where the parcel is. PayoutView tells you where the payout is.

The MVP verifies whether a delivered order appears in a courier settlement and whether the reported amount follows the selected rules. It does not call settlement-file inclusion “bank cash.”

THE PAYOUT CONTROL ROOM

See the few records that need a decision—not another wall of charts.

Exception-first views keep timing differences, suspected gaps, fee variances and settled records separate. Every label says what the data can actually prove.

EVIDENCE, NOT JUST AN ALERT

Make every warning explainable and follow-up ready.

A finding should stay connected to its source rows, applied settlement-cycle rule, fee rule, calculation version and case history. That audit trail is the foundation of trust.

FROM SOURCE DATA TO A CASE

Start with the files sellers already have.

The pilot begins with controlled file matching. If the seller’s order export lacks a reliable delivery status, a separate courier delivery-status export may be required.

CLEAR BEFORE WE BUILD

Questions sellers should ask.

No inflated claims, fake integrations, invented results or security certifications.

Does ‘reported settled’ mean the money reached my bank?+

Not necessarily. The MVP checks whether a courier settlement report includes the order and amount. Bank arrival would require separate bank evidence and will be labelled separately if added later.

Is the first assisted payout review free?+

Yes. The first contained review is free for selected early pilot sellers. No card or payment is required. Future software pricing has not been finalized.

What data does the assisted pilot need?+

At minimum, shipment or delivery data and the matching courier settlement data. If your seller export does not contain a reliable delivery status, a courier status export may also be needed.

How is pilot data handled?+

The public form collects contact and pilot-fit details only. Before any files are requested, the review scope, transfer method, retention and deletion expectations are agreed with the seller. Bank and store passwords are not requested.

How long will a payout review take?+

Timing is confirmed after the courier mix and file formats are reviewed. PayoutView will not promise a turnaround before checking whether the supplied files contain the fields needed for a reliable comparison.

Is PayoutView a courier, wallet or payment company?+

No. PayoutView is an independent payout-audit and resolution workspace. It does not move seller funds or replace a courier, store or OMS.

Which formats and couriers are included first?+

The pilot starts with CSV and Excel reports and is researching TCS, Leopards, PostEx and M&P formats. No direct courier integration is claimed yet.

Do I need to connect Shopify or WooCommerce?+

No. The assisted pilot is file-first and does not require store migration. A reliable shipment or delivery export and the relevant courier settlement report are the starting point.

What if the courier does not respond to a case?+

PayoutView can organize the source rows, applied rule and follow-up draft, then track the case. It cannot force a courier to respond or guarantee recovery.

What does the first assisted pilot include?+

One historical settlement cycle, one or two couriers, order-level reconciliation, an exception and evidence report, and a founder review. Scope is confirmed before any data is shared.
