This notice covers PayoutView seller research outreach, assisted-pilot applications, replies and the proposed handling of pilot files. It does not claim a security certification.

The pilot and research forms may collect a business and contact name, email or WhatsApp number, approximate monthly COD volume, couriers used and a description of the seller’s payout workflow or problem. PayoutView may also store a one-to-one outreach address and respectful public business context used to prepare that message.
Email replies and website responses
If a seller replies to a PayoutView research email or uses the seller-feedback link, the reply, structured answers, contact preference and related delivery events may be attached to that seller’s outreach record. These details are used to understand the problem, prevent duplicate follow-ups and assess pilot fit.
Why we use them
We use these details to conduct limited product research, contact applicants, plan courier-format research and understand seller workflows. We do not sell the contact list, and no outreach response is used to move seller money.
Outreach controls
Research emails include a direct reply route, a PayoutView feedback link and an opt-out link. An opt-out places the contact on a do-not-contact list and cancels automated follow-up. PayoutView starts with human approval and low sending limits rather than unrestricted bulk email.
If you enter the assisted pilot
Before files are requested, PayoutView will agree the dataset, purpose, transfer method, review scope and deletion expectations with the seller. The preferred pilot dataset excludes customer names, phone numbers and addresses when those fields are not necessary.
Retention and deletion
Application and research details are kept only as long as needed for product research, pilot selection and appropriate follow-up. Pilot-file retention will be agreed before transfer. To request access or deletion, reply to the PayoutView email or contact hello@payoutview.com.
Accuracy and human review
PayoutView’s proposed classifications are decision support, not a bank confirmation. Exceptions, fee rules, outreach and complaint drafts require review. A case is labelled recovered only when the seller confirms the outcome.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the pilot scope, infrastructure and contact channels mature. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to newly shared pilot data.
