This notice covers PayoutView seller research outreach, assisted-pilot applications, replies and handling commitments for selected pilot files. It does not claim a security certification.

The pilot and research forms may collect a business and contact name, email or WhatsApp number, approximate monthly COD volume, couriers used and a description of the seller’s payout workflow or problem. PayoutView may also store a one-to-one outreach address and respectful public business context used to prepare that message.
Email replies and website responses
If a seller replies to a PayoutView research email or uses the seller-feedback link, the reply, structured answers, contact preference and related delivery events may be attached to that seller’s outreach record. These details are used to understand the problem, prevent duplicate follow-ups and assess pilot fit.
Why we use them
We use these details to conduct limited product research, contact applicants, plan courier-format research and understand seller workflows. We do not sell the contact list, and no outreach response is used to move seller money.
Outreach controls
Research emails include a direct reply route, a PayoutView feedback link and an opt-out link. An opt-out places the contact on a do-not-contact list and cancels automated follow-up. PayoutView starts with human approval and low sending limits rather than unrestricted bulk email.
If you enter the assisted pilot
Before files are requested, PayoutView agrees the dataset, purpose, transfer method, review scope and delivery date with the seller. The requested dataset is limited to reconciliation fields such as courier, tracking ID, status, dates, amounts, fees and settlement references. Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, CNIC details, passwords and full bank-account details should be removed.
Retention and deletion
Application and research details are kept only as long as needed for pilot selection and appropriate follow-up. Raw pilot files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the final report unless the seller requests earlier deletion or separately agrees to retain an open case for longer. To request access or deletion, reply to the PayoutView email or contact hello@payoutview.com.
Optional anonymous learning
Contact permission and anonymous-learning permission are separate choices. With optional consent, PayoutView may retain a non-identifiable issue category, delay or amount range, evidence checklist and seller-confirmed resolution after raw files are deleted. Seller and customer identities, tracking IDs, exact transactions and source files are excluded. Declining does not affect pilot selection, and consent can be changed before or during the pilot.
No raw-file AI training
Raw pilot files are not used as shared AI knowledge. A future guidance agent may use only human-verified, non-identifiable issue patterns approved through the separate optional choice. Public trends will require an adequate sample and human review rather than automatic publication from one seller’s file.
Accuracy and human review
PayoutView’s proposed classifications are decision support, not a bank confirmation. Exceptions, fee rules, outreach and follow-up drafts require review. A case is labelled recovered only when the seller confirms the outcome.
Privacy-safe website events
PayoutView counts a short allowlist of product events: pilot-button clicks, sample-evidence opens, pilot-form starts and submissions, and English or Roman Urdu selection. These event records do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, cookies, customer data, tracking IDs or financial values. Private link tokens are replaced with a generic secure-page path before an event is stored.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the pilot scope, infrastructure and contact channels mature. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to newly shared pilot data.
